: Cameras and metal detectors have no benifits being placed in our childrens schools. They just instill a sense of fear for their safety. Students are not able to learn when they are in fear and that should be the primary responsibility of our schools. Teachers, students, parents, and administrators need to develop as well as work together at taking back their schools.

I am doing a debate unit in 8th grade on metal detectors in schools and I am having trouble finding info that will benifit our side. We are arguing the negative side of the proposition that metal detecors be manditory in all public schools. Can you offer me any help or advice?

Thankyou,

Sara (and group of 6:)
