High Tech Security will not work as a sole deterent. Effective school based prevention programs need to be the base for success in the schools. There is no "Silver Bullet". I have been involved in providing a continuum of services to several middle schools. We have been successful because we were able to effectivley use a cross systems approach to solving the problem. Collaboration is not just sitting at the table, but rather investing with manpower and being willing to be flexible and give something up.
