I believe that schools should install cameras, but they also need to get parents involved with their children again. I don't understand how parents can not know what their children are doing unless they just don't care, by getting involved in their school and know what's going on with them, and putting a social worker in the primary schools to deal with disfunctional and needy families before they get older would also help.
